  • Each exhibitor will be provided one 8’ x 30” un-skirted table and one chair.
  • Exhibitors will arrange electricity needs directly with the RiverCentre.
  • Exhibitor booth location will be based on a first come first serve basis.
  • Exhibitors receive one complimentary registration.

To drive visits to your booth, CAI-MN is encouraging all sponsors and exhibitors to send an email invite announcing participation at the 2016 CAI-MN Tradeshow. To make it easier for companies to send an email, CAI-MN will create an email template with the conference theme and add your company logo and booth number. Then simply email to your customers and prospects announcing that your company is a sponsor/exhibitor at the CAI-MN Tradeshow! Booth Location
CAI-MN will begin assigning booth space(s) on January 15, 2016. The date your application is received and your preferences will be taken into consideration during the assignment process. We will accommodate your requests as much as possible, but cannot guarantee that you will not be placed near a competitor. Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email will be sent with your booth number once an assignment as been made.

Exhibit Representatives
CAI-MN will be requesting your company representatives’ information in late January. At that time your company can submit the name of your complimentary registration (each booth space includes one registration) and the names and payment of the additional representatives for your booth. Exhibitor pre-registration will end on February 7, 2016. After this date, any changes or additions will need to be made onsite and the appropriate registration fees will apply.

Booth Space Includes
8’ x 30” un-skirted table with one chair in the main ballroom at RiverCentre. 
Any additional amenities are extra and can be ordered through RiverCentre Exhibitor Services. (See below)

RiverCentre Policy:
Helium Balloons are prohibited unless they are properly secured to a fixed surface for the duration of an event. The distribution of helium balloons is strictly prohibited. Balloons that get released into the air will result in a retrieval fee.
