CAI-MN is your trusted resource for Minnesota’s community association industry news. We continue to reach out to new associations every year to assist them in developing vibrant, harmonious communities in our state. Our members and supporters over the years have helped us to better serve community associations in Minnesota and communicate the value of informed, knowledgeable community leadership.
One way that CAI-MN has performed outreach to new association leaders is through increased circulation and quality of our flagship publication, the CAI-MN magazine. Since our foundation in 1977, CAI-MN has grown our publication from a quarterly, black & white newsletter into our current four-color magazine format. Several years ago our CAI-MN leaders saw that the chapter publication needed a name, and in 1995 the first issue of CA Eye went to print.
Now, almost 12 years later, the expanded readership of the CAI-MN publication requires us to rebrand the magazine with a name that more clearly states who we are. It is with this intent that we are happy to announce the renaming of our chapter magazine to Minnesota Community Living. You will continue to find the same reliable, quality content and information in Minnesota Community Living as you have grown accustomed to in recent CAI-MN publications. Minnesota Community Living will continue to go out to thousands of our chapter members, community partners, and engaged association leaders free of charge.
Please share this resource with your colleagues and board members to help us in our mission to promote responsible community association governance. If you have any questions about the new publication name or if you would like to share any ideas you have, please feel free to contact our Chapter Office at 651-265-7852 or write to: CAI-MN 1000 Westgate Drive, Suite 252, Saint Paul, MN 55114-1067.
