A storm restoration company is making its debut in the Twin Cities and is being applauded as a first-of-its-kind for the local multifamily housing and property management industry. Called Cloudline Exteriors, the company is uniquely positioned to serve the exterior construction & storm restoration needs of homeowners’ associations through its offering of integrated construction technology — making it a trusted partner for property managers and board members.

Founded by husband and wife duo Ben and Rochelle Brueshoff, the two bring together their complementary talents in project management and marketing — along with nearly 15-years of storm restoration experience — culminating in a company that goes above and beyond the competition. Literally.

“The line that is formed by the surface of the clouds is called the ‘cloudline’,” says Brueshoff. “We were drawn to this name because it perfectly describes our core competencies of expert storm restoration, intelligent aerial drone inspections, and cloud-based reporting.”

From the onset, the company went to great lengths to conduct market research to articulate what Cloudline Exteriors means to its clients, or as Brueshoff puts it, “think of your perfect exterior construction partner; what would that company look like?” The answer that resulted from this process is a unique suite of construction technology that helps property managers and their communities unlike ever before.

Cloudline Exteriors is one of few local storm restoration companies to be certified with the Federal Aviation Administration as a commercial drone pilot. Their service, Swift by Cloudline, is an advanced aerial inspection and reporting toolkit that provides unbiased, effective and fast (re: “swift”) insight into the condition of a property — an ideal tool for preventative maintenance, storm damage inspections, or accurate roofing estimates. “Insurance companies are demanding elevated intelligence, objectivity and professionalism from the storm restoration industry,” remarks Brueshoff. “We think you’ll be very happy with what our drone service will do for you as a property manager.”

With Swift taking flight, the company is also introducing a complimentary 24/7 Storm Monitoring program to inform property managers in real-time as severe weather strikes. Supported by a team of meteorologists, Dual-Pol radar and trained spotters, it’s a precise data-driven tool that complements Cloudline Exterior’s drone capabilities, giving a powerful one-two punch for their preferred clients. “Not only can we tell you immediately with pinpoint accuracy when one of your properties is verifiably affected by a storm,” says Brueshoff, “but we can also promptly get onsite to perform a thorough, autonomous inspection with our aerial technology.” And with the increasing volatility of Minnesota weather — plus heightened scrutiny by insurance carriers when a large-loss event occurs — Cloudline Exteriors sees their 24/7 Storm Monitoring as a valuable instrument of trust and peace of mind.

Going a step further still, the company believes that it’s their cloud-based project tracker that has the greatest benefit of all for Cloudline Exterior’s clients. From their market research, it became clear that the number one frustration of property managers was the lack of effective communication from vendors. “Installing a roofing system, siding or gutters isn’t rocket science,” states Brueshoff, “but it’s transparency in the process and in the smaller details that makes the difference between a good or a great company.” Now, property managers will receive their own unique log-in credentials on Cloudline Exterior’s website where they can access up-to-date details for each exterior construction project, including daily job logs, onsite photos and videos, documents, scheduling and payments.

“When it comes to storm damage claims or exterior construction projects, our job is to make the life of the property manager or board member easier,” Brueshoff says. “The quality of our work and the integrity of our process reflects on them. At Cloudline we ensure that what we do — and the unique tools that we offer — make our clients look great in the eyes of their homeowners or residents.” All of these investments in construction technology point to the company’s hallmark values of dependability, excellence and community. As their tagline suggests, Cloudline Exteriors is poised to go Above and Beyond.
