Omega Property Management Hires New Director of Operations

Omega Property Management, one of the most experienced and advanced homeowner association management companies in the Twin Cities, has hired Pete Palmisano as director of operations, a new position at the company.

In this new role, Palmisano will manage the operations team to improve its reach to homeowner association communities by setting, implementing and managing the strategies of the company.

“It’s important for homeowner associations to be connected to the residents of the communities they serve,” Palmisano said. “My new position will not only highlight my personal ideals but also will be able to strengthen the way that Omega Property Management leads, manages and serves its clients.”

Previously, Palmisano held various leadership roles within the Twin Cities area. Most recently, he was the vice president of franchise services for NTY Franchise Company. In this role he worked with over five franchises at a given time, which has prepared him for the various communities he will be assisting with at Omega Property Management. He also has experience in managerial positions in businesses such as Macy’s and Winmark Corporation.

“This new position will allow Omega Property Management to further cultivate our relationships in the homeowner associations we serve, as well as expand throughout the Twin Cities,” Lance Stendal, president of Omega Property Management, said. “Pete is the perfect fit for this role, with his more than 20 years of operations and leadership for leading brands, franchises and multi-unit enterprises.”
