COMMUNITY MANAGER AWARDS

Rookie of the Year

Recognizes an individual with fewer than two years of experience in the industry who has displayed exceptional abilities.

Above and Beyond 

(For a Specific Situation or Event)
Recognizes an individual for substantive achievement who has performed tasks, services or humanitarian efforts above and beyond a typical job description. Nominations for this award might be made for managers who have improved the quality of life for a community, turning an association around or exhibited “grace under pressure.”

Excellence in Service

(On a Consistent Basis)
Recognizes an individual manager who continually displays integrity, reliability, commitment to the industry, loyalty to consumer clients and the ability to interact well with board members, managers, service providers and other industry professionals. Promotion of ethical conduct and competence are included as part of the qualifications for this award.

Financial Impact 

Recognizes an individual who has positively impacted a community in a significant manner from a financial standpoint. For example: improved financial position, corrected collections in arrears, budget management, capital improvement management, warranty/insurance claim management, etc.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AWARDS

Outstanding Community

Recognizes an association that does an outstanding job at community resourcefulness, has a strong sense of commitment to enhancement of the neighborhood and recognizes and uses the strengths of individuals within the association.

Association Board of the Year

Under 100 Homes OR Over 100 Homes

(Needs a minimum of two Associations nominated per size category)

Recognizes an association’s Board and membership who demonstrate a clear understanding of the roles of homeowners and the Board, in particular, a Board’s acknowledgment of its fiduciary responsibilities to the association and the importance of putting the association’s interest above all personal agendas.
