TAILORED OPPORTUNITIES
CAI's education programs have been developed for all stakeholders - homeowner leaders, community managers and business partners - involved in community associations:
Homeowner Leaders: Community association homeowner leaders are expected to anticipate issues, solve problems, meet the expectations of fellow homeowners and protect property values. CAI-MN provides free homeowners-only education programs to help homeowner leaders navigate the ever-changing HOA landscape. CAI-MN also offers a Board Leader Certificate course on an annual basis.
Community Managers: The backbone of the communities they serve, community managers provide the skills and expertise necessary to successfully manage a homeowner association. CAI-MN's education programs and training help community managers understand all aspects of the profession.
Business Partners: These service providers are indispensable to the community associations they serve. CAI's "Educated Business Partner" course helps business partners differentiate themselves in the highly-competitive HOA marketplace.
EARN PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
CAI education can also help community managers achieve professional credentials to enhance their knowledge base, accelerate their careers and increase their earning potential.
