MN Homeowner Satisfaction Survey Results

In 2026, in conjunction with the national survey, the Foundation for Community Association Research further examined the community association housing model in three states:  Arizona, Georgia and Minnesota. The survey revealed that 87% of Minnesota homeowners rate their overall community association living experience as very good or good (69%) or neutral (18%).
