All Vision Award nominations are subject to the following guidelines:
• Management companies are allowed only one submission per each award category.
• There is no entry fee for Vision Awards nominations.
• Nominees must be CAI members in good standing and have performed the activities in Minnesota during the 2026 calendar year.
• Self-nominations will be accepted for Community Manager and Community Association award categories but not for Business Partner awards.
• A Business Partner may nominate a person that has already been nominated or may nominate multiple managers from the same company.
• For Community Manager awards, CAI-MN will verify each nominee’s length of experience in the industry and re-classify nominations as needed.
• At least two nominations must be received in a category in order for an award to be presented. Incomplete nominations will not be eligible for review.
• All nominations must be submitted online.
• Upon receipt, entries become the property of CAI-MN, and CAI-MN reserves all publishing rights to the materials submitted. All data will be held strictly confidential, although some data and photos may be used in announcing Vision Award winners, including in the Minnesota Community Living magazine.
